1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “Student,” or “User”) and ScriptedPerfect Media (“Company,” “we,” or “our”). By accessing our website, streaming our cinema catalogue, enrolling in AI Academy courses, or commissioning creative production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Original Cinema

All films, motion pictures, screenplays, concept art, musical scores, visual bibles, and promotional artwork displayed on this platform—including but not limited to Black Tide, Before It Happens, What The Heart Wants, and Beads of Desire—are the exclusive intellectual property of ScriptedPerfect Media and protected by international copyright laws.

Streaming access grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal viewing licence. Reproduction, public broadcast, ripping, or commercial redistribution without prior written consent from ScriptedPerfect Media is strictly prohibited.

3. Creative Studio & Production Services

All commercial video production, luxury product photography, and creative direction engagements are governed by individual Production Service Agreements (PSAs) or approved Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Project Briefs: Form submissions initiate a scoping conversation. Production commences only upon bilateral sign-off and receipt of deposit.
• Commercial Licensing: Finished deliverables include specified commercial usage licences upon full settlement of invoice balances.
• Revisions: Standard proposals include two (2) consolidated revision cycles unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. ScriptedPerfect AI Academy Enrolment

Students enrolled in AI Academy courses receive access to proprietary curriculum, recorded tutorials, workflow bibles, and community resources.

• Access Entitlements: Course licences are individual and non-transferable. Account sharing will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
• Digital Content Refunds: Due to the immediate digital delivery of educational curriculum, course purchases are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed.

5. Payments, Billing & Webhooks

All payments are processed securely through licensed PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Paystack and Flutterwave). Entitlements to digital media, movies, and courses are provisioned programmatically upon cryptographically verified payment webhook receipts.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the services shall be resolved through good-faith executive negotiation, failing which the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
